LATE CANCELLATION FEE
Core & Co allows cancellations and reschedules up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. As we are heavily booked and have a wait list, appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside of that period will incur a late cancellation fee of $50. We thank you in advance for your understanding. Please contact us directly if you believe you have extenuating circumstances.
PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES
We accept all Private Health Insurance with eligible extras. HICAPS claiming facility is available for on the spot processing.

- Instant private health rebates available in-clinic via our eftpos terminal.
- It is recommended you check with your private health insurer prior to your appointment to confirm your eligibility for a rebate.

CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PLAN (FORMERLY EPC PLAN):
You may ask your GP if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan.
Eligible patients are those deemed to have a chronic medical condition. Prolapse, Incontinence and Pelvic Pain are generally considered chronic conditions (if you have had symptoms for at least 6 months).
If eligible, you are entitled to 5 subsidised Allied Health appointments per year.
NB: Bulk billing is not available and a gap fee payment is applicable between what the plan covers (approx. $ per session) and our scheduled fees.
